How does per-seat pricing work?

You pay for each team member who has access to CoSurf. For example, if you have 5 support agents, you'd pay £145/month (5 × £29). Add or remove seats anytime.

What counts as a "seat"?

A seat is any team member who needs to access CoSurf to view or manage sessions. Your customers don't count—they can join sessions for free.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When you downgrade, we'll credit your account.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! Pay annually and save 20%. Contact us at sales@co-surf.com to set up annual billing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Professional plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. The Starter plan is free forever.

What happens if I exceed my session limit on the free plan?
